Propaganda Universe is an educational venue dedicated to helping citizens, scholars, policy-makers, and journalists understand the nature of propaganda, disinformation, and information warfare. The mission of this enterprise is to provide knowledge to audiences that is informed by both practice and scholarship to lessen the negative impacts of manipulative communication.

Your Host

Randolph Rosin, PhD, COL USA (ret)

A 32-year active duty combat arms veteran who has served in a variety of assignments in armor, psychological operations, information operations, and intelligence. Notably serving as the Director for Information Operations in Iraq and the Near East region. He earned his PhD in communication studies from American University, holds three master's degrees, and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy. Currently, he is an assistant professor at the National Intelligence University teaching courses in propaganda, denial and deception, foreign information and cyber strategies, and cyber threat intelligence.
